Café Smörgås was born out of passion, exploring the diverse culinary traditions.
Johan, a Swedish entrepreneur, fell in love with the Island of Bali and decided to create a unique dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of Sweden in the idyllic setting of Bali. Everyday he ensures the quality of our dishes with our kitchen team.
